Hummm, I'm not sure what this means? Yanks entering Canada, 'watch your words'? Is this trying to imply that Canada sensors freedom of Speech? That's odd, because I live there, I was born there, and have exercised MY freedom of speech many time...
Perhaps this has to do with Canada/NB born, author of the Deceleration of Human Rights, founder of the Amnesty International; John P. Humphrey.

Somehow, the image seems misguided, as my students pointed out in class today when we were examining photos of human rights online.

Teacher.
Canadian.

It is satirical response to testimony given by Dean Stacey who is an investigatior for the Canadian Human Rights Commission. At the "trial" Marc lemire, he was asked by a lawyer what value he gave to the idea of freedom of speech. That was his reply.

The image here and in other postings on my blog, are comments on the situation concerning Section 13(1) (hate speech) and it's application to Macleans, Mark Steyn, Ezra Levant, et al.
